Administrative Officer/ Bookkeeper in BIDWILL, New South Wales

Casual Full time - 5 days per week (must be available to work weekends if needed) for a global manufacturing company.
Our office is located in Minchinbury.
To be successful you must have the following skills & qualities;
• At least 2 years proven experience in an administrative function.
• Must have sound knowledge of MYOB.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good time management.
• Self-motivation and initiative.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
In addition you will support and assist the Accountant with:
• Accounts reconciliations
• BAS/GST return
• PAYG
• Bank Reconciliation
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• General office duties.
• Answering phones.
• Photocopying and printing documents.
• Organising and storing paperwork.
• Maintaining stationary and equipment.
• Assisting customer’s queries.
(Training will be provided if necessary)
